Asotin Creek WLA Weatherly Unit Elk Fence Replacement

Provide all labor, material, equipment, and permits to remove and reconstruct 3.4 miles of Elk Fence at
the Department's Asotin Creek Wildlife Area Weatherly Unit, located at GPS Coordinates 46.111768,
-117.252862, Washington, in both Asotin and Garfield Counties.

Engineer’s Estimate: $600,000

A RECOMMENDED pre-bid ATV tour is scheduled at 1:00 p.m. on May 17, 2022 at the Department’s
Asotin Creek Wildlife Area, Weatherly Unit, located at 46.296877°, -117.443423°, Washington, in Garfield
County. Bring your own ATV equipment. The route is a steep, uneven, two-track trail. Individuals are
responsible for their own safety. Bidders may also walk at their own pace. Distance from the access gate
to the beginning of the project is 3.5 miles. Observing the entire fence line and back entails 14 miles
roundtrip. No questions will be answered on-site; questions should be directed to
CAMP.Bids@dfw.wa.gov.
