PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

New Residence Hall at UW. This is a design-build project that includes construction of Oak Hall as well as exterior improvements at Denny Field and Lewis Grove.

Demolition, landscape restoration and improvements, new construction, approximately 361 beds, study lounges, meeting- rooms, a “great room” for 300 persons in a banquet setting, a District Market, and café.

Anticipated start of construction is July 1, 2019.
Anticipated substantial completion is July 1, 2020.
