Kiewit is submitting a Validated Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) proposal to the City of Spokane – Public Works on September 24, 2018, project information is available for interested subcontractors and suppliers.

This is a Progressive Design-Build Project and Plans & Specifications are not fully developed at this time. Kiewit is soliciting quotes from Underutilized Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (UDBE) subcontractors and suppliers, certified to perform as shown in the Washington State OMWBE Directory of Certified firms who are interested in providing quotes for Scopes of Work, Material Supply and Specialty Subcontract Areas.

This Project has typical Highway Bridge Construction Subcontracting Opportunities including: Asphalt Paving, Bridge Rail, Demolition, Earthworks, Environmental Services, Grading, Guardrail, Landscaping, Painting, Pavement Marking, Reinforcing Steel, Sewer/Drainage System, Sidewalk, Signs, Steel Fabrication, Survey, Signs, Traffic Control, Electrical, Trucking & Water Quality

Kiewit Infrastructure West Co. is seeking quotes from Subcontractors and Suppliers including Small and Underutilized Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (UDBE’s), as certified by Washington State’s Office of Minority and Women Business Enterprises (OMWBE). The condition of award goal is for 4% UDBE participation for the Design portion and 4% UDBE goal for the Construction portion of this project. Kiewit fully supports providing the maximum practicable opportunity to the Underutilized Disadvantaged business community to compete for and participate in subcontracts let by Kiewit for this project
