NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by Kitsap Transit at Kitsap Transit’s Main Administration Office, Reception desk NO LATER THAN 2:00 P.M. November 28, 2017 and must be addressed as:

Late bids will be rejected. Bids may be received by mail, courier or hand-delivered. Fax or emailed bids will NOT be accepted. The Work consists providing a dry dock facility that can remove the M/V Rich Passage 1 from the water and perform a list of repairs. The repairs include repainting the hull, inspecting and repairing the Hamilton Jet equipment and installing Owner provided bike racks.
