Project Description: The work under this Contract includes the removal of the existing Reservoir 3 roof vent, ladder, Saf-T-Climb, and level gauge board, replacement of the existing Reservoir 3 interior coating system including sand blasting, prime coat, intermediate coat, stripe coat, and finish coat, installation of gutter and downspouts, stairway access to the roof (including security door access), roof catwalk system, manual hoist, intrusion switches on the access hatch and stairway, brackets for future security cameras, overflow modifications, and a Tideflex Hydrodynamic Mixing System (HMS). The project also includes the installation of a new, permanent generator and fuel tank, and construction of a new, expanded building around the existing booster station, installation of a new pump, electrical system, HVAC system, and addition of a bathroom. Finally, the project includes site improvements including site drainage, site security fencing, installation of a side sewer, landscaping and restoration.
