SEALED BIDS for PROJECT 2017-03 Grandview Unit Conversion at 716-718 Linden Street will be received by the Everett Housing Authority – Administration Office/Finance Department at 3107 Colby Avenue, Everett, Washington 98201 until 2:00 PM on May 8, 2017. Bidders will be notified of the bid results.
The estimate is $365,000
There will be two pre-bid walk throughs on April 6 and April 13, 2017 starting at 10:00 AM. We will begin the walk thru at 716-718 Linden Street Everett, WA 98201.
The Work includes but not limited to the following:
- Miscellaneous siding repairs
- Major interior improvements
- Flooring replacement
- Appliance replacement
- Mechanical system upgrades
