Town of Rosalia Request for Qualifications
Data to Furnish Engineering and Land Surveying Services

The Town of Rosalia (pursuant to Chapter 61, Laws of 1981) is requesting statements of qualifications and performance information from firms interested in providing professional engineering and land surveying services for existing and future Town projects for 2017 through 2022.  The projects for which engineering planning, design, and construction observation services and surveying services are sought may include wastewater treatment plant upgrades and collection system improvement projects, miscellaneous water system improvement projects, and transportation improvement projects.

These projects may be funded/partially funded through the Washington State Community Development Block Grant Program with federal funds provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. As a result, cost plus percentage of construction cost contracts will not be allowed and a number of state and federal equal opportunity and affirmative action requirements will apply to the selection process and conduct of the project.

Qualification and performance statements will be reviewed and placed on file for the 2017-2022 calendar years, and will be used as the source from which to select one or more qualified firms from whom a detailed proposal may be requested for any specific project. If a Statement of Qualifications has been submitted in the past year, no further submittal is required.

Minority and women owned firms are encouraged to submit statements of qualifications.  The Town of Rosalia is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.

Firms desiring consideration shall submit 5 (five) complete qualification packages to the Town of Rosalia, Attn: Jenna McDonald, Town Clerk, PO Box 277, 110 W Fifth St, Rosalia WA 99170. Qualification packages should be submitted by 1:30pm on March 23, 2017.
