Sunset and Heathfield Pump Stations and Force Main Upgrade

King County

Soliciting Quotes for the Following:

Demolition, site work and restoration, piping systems, landscaping, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, signage, erosion control, bridge crane and monorail hoists, architectural (roofing, entry doors and interior enclosures), horizontal drilling, traffic control, concrete pumping, concrete, concrete forms and accessories, concrete reinforcing, manholes, structural steel, structural steel erection, miscellaneous metals, systems testing, sanitary sewer flow control, utility relocation and abandonment, pavement restoration, fiber optic cable, fence, survey, and trucking.

Bid Date:  February 21, 2017 1:30 pm PST

Subcontractor and supplier quotes requested 24 hours prior to bid date (2/20/17).

The project has a King County Certified Small Contractors and Suppliers (SCS) goal of 15% and Apprenticeship goal of 15%.  Walsh Construction Company II, LLC intends to negotiate with all certified MBE and WBE firms to encourage project participation, including consideration of quotes for any item of work, portion of an item, or combination thereof.
