Hughes was selected from a group of 10 regional U.S. winners. His award was announced last week at the 28th annual National Minority Enterprise Development conference in Washington, D.C. Hughes said his company’s employment fluctuates between 110 and 150 people, and has annual revenues that are greater than $7 million.
