In compliance with Federal Regulations, 49 CFR Prat 26, the Port of Bellingham, as Owner and Operator of Bellingham International Airport (BLI) is hosting a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) consultation teleconference on Tuesday, October 27 at 11:00AM pacific time.

The purpose of the meeting is to receive input regarding BLI’s three-year DBE Goal for fiscal years 2021-2023. We invite you to participate in a virtual meeting to discuss the proposed goal, as well as the availability of potential DBEs for BLI’s federally funded projects and BLI’s effort to increase DBE participation.
