The EvergreenHealth 2-Silver Surgery Expansion is a Tenant Improvement Project with Mortenson acting as the GC/CM. The work is located on EvergreenHealth’s Kirkland campus and will include the modernization and expansion of critical surgical, cardiac, and endoscopy services while maintaining continuous hospital operations throughout construction.
We invite you to attend in person or virtually, a Project Procurement Overview Meeting in which we will outline the bid package approach, bidding schedule, construction schedule and be available to answer any additional questions you may have.
