Clark is seeking subcontractors to complete a Request For Qualifications/Proposal (RFQ/P). Business Equity Enterprises (BEEs) are encouraged to participate in the project. An RFQ/P will be released for the following scopes:

• Scaffolding
• Final Cleaning
• Landscaping,
• Selective Structure Demos
• Exterior Stone Cladding
• Miscellaneous Metals
• Sheet Waterproofing
• Membrane Roofing

As an important part of the process, please also complete Clark’s subcontractor qualification application at your earliest convenience. The application can be accessed at: https://www.clarkextranet.com/subform/

A Kickoff/Pre-Proposal Meeting and Site Walk will be held at Clark Construction's Trailer, 4182 W Stevens Way NE, Seattle, WA 98105 (Trailer access is from Whitman Court) on October 26, 2018 at 8am
