Western Washington University (WWU) has experienced significant enrollment growth in recent years and is planning to continue this growth over the next several years. While fi rst-year students are not required to live on campus, many opt to do so in order to meet peers and build community. As such, demand for university housing has exceeded the supply of WWU residential facilities. With the design and construction of this roughly 400-bed facility, WWU will be able to allow more students to live on campus and create strong relationships with their peers and the University starting in the Fall of 2021.
