Customer Satisfaction Survey Results
We regularly ask for feedback on the certification application process. At the end of each application, we send out a survey to ask how we are doing. The results collected in early 2019 show customer satisfaction is high. From the last 192 customers, we can say:
- Over 91% of customers rated their experience as good or excellent!
- Over 90% of customers say they were treated with courtesy and respect!
- 61% of customers thought the process was easy or relatively easy. We are committed to continue improving the process to help more people feel the process is easy.
- 68% felt their application process time was less or the same as expected. We will continue to improve the process to increase that number.
