The Office of Minority and Women’s Business Enterprises (OMWBE) is committed to promoting equity in public contracting and procurement for small minority and woman owned businesses. Our new online certification applications will:

• Save time and effort, allowing you to electronically sign and submit documents and save your work for later.
• Protect the security of your sensitive information by submitting documents through a secure online portal.

Along with the new online applications, our new website features enhanced navigation, allowing easier access to our directory of certified firms, certification information, and resources such as bids and contracts, networking events, and training throughout the state.
