2018 Frost Heave Repairs: Phase 1
Sealed bids will be received at Lind City Hall, 116 ½ W 2nd Street, Lind, WA 99341, until 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The project generally consists of the removal and replacement of asphalt roadway sections at specific locations on, 3rd Street, 4th Street, 7th Street, South 1st Street, E Street, S Street and Van Marter Avenue.
Thirty (30) working days will be allowed to complete the work.
Each proposal must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by cash, a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond, payable to the Town of Lind, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and payment bond, each in the full amount of the contract price.

Contract documents may be procured from Century West Engineering upon payment of a $30.00 non-refundable plan fee for each set. A Pre-Bid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at the Lind City Hall, to answer questions about the project. This project is funded in part through FEMA reimbursement. The City shall have the right to reject any or all bids not accompanied by bid security or data required by the bidding documents or a bid in any way incomplete or irregular.
