2019 Water System Plan Update
Request for Consultant Statement of Qualifications
The City of Woodland owns and operates a municipal water system including a Ranney well source, water filtration plant, storage and distribution system serving a city of approximately 6,000. The City is seeking a consultant to update the water system plan in accordance with the requirements of the Washington Department of Health (DOH) under WAC 246-290. The current plan was prepared in 2012 and will expire in 2019. The City is requesting Statements of Qualifications from consultants with expertise in preparing Water System Plans in the State of Washington and particularly the tasks listed in the outline. Inquiries and comments must be received no later than 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 18, 2019, in order to be considered for the inclusion in the final Request for Qualifications. Packet due date is no later than 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 23, 2019. Late submittals or those delivered by facsimile, electronic mail or any other format than paper copies will not be considered for the contract.
