PROJECT NAME: 2020 Asphalt Paving

PROJECT NUMBER: 20-047-PWP

Scope of Work:  The work required for this project includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary for hauling, spreading, jointing and compacting hot mix asphalt (HMA) and asphaltic concrete pavement to the lines and levels indicated on the adjacent existing surfaces and as described at various locations at the Port of Longview.

Completion Date:  All work shall be complete, having gained a successful final inspection and received final acceptance from the Port, within 30 days after substantial completion, but in no case later than August 31, 2021.

Sealed Bid Date/Time/Location:  Bids will be received at the Front Reception Desk, Port Administration Office, 10 International Way, Longview, Washington until 3:00 P.M. on August 7, 2020 PT, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Pre-bid Conference and Site Tour:  None Scheduled

Bidding Security:  Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Security Bond in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the bid.
