2020 Comprehensive Plan Periodic Update

 

Request for Proposals

 

The City of Colville Washington is seeking proposals from a qualified multidisciplinary team to update the City of Colville 2011 Comprehensive Plan.  The successful team will be highly skilled at project management, urban design, economic development, historic preservation, transportation planning and the legal requirements of the Washington State Growth Management Act.  The current budget is $65,000.  Additional funding may be available up to $104,000.  Work will need to be complete by June 30, 2020.

One of more firms will be selected for an interview based upon the following criteria:

  • Experience with the Washington State Growth Management Act and a proven track record with Washington State Comprehensive Planning
  • Proven Project Management experience and skill
  • How well the Consultant Proposal illustrates it will meet the City’s Priorities outlined in the RFP
  • Proposed Budget
  • Washington State Certified Minority Enterprise Participation
