Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Meeting: The Project site is available for inspection by prospective bidders at a mandatory pre-bid site meeting and walk-throughs. All prospective bidders must addend one of the following meetings:

1) 2:00pm on February 19, 2026; Meet at E04 Parking Lot at 3200 NE Clark Rd.

2) 2:00pm on February 24, 2026; Meet at E04 Parking Lot at 3200 NE Clark Rd.

The sites to follow E04 will be: E09 near the intersection of Walla Walla Rd NE and Snohomish Ln N, C12 and N12. Anyone arriving more than ten (10) minutes late at E04 may not be accommodated due to multiple sites on the walk. Parking on campus is extremely limited so plan accordingly. Refer to the specific site plans in the drawing sets for additional location information. High visibility vests are highly encouraged to be worn.
