Prequalified contractors are invited to submit a sealed bid for the above-mentioned project. All bidders must be prequalified in accordance with Washington State Regulations (RCW 54.04.085) prior to submitting a bid proposal. A preliminary project plan and schedule as well as a resume of the project manager and/or supervisor are required to be submitted with your bid along with various exhibit forms as described in the Notice and Instructions to Bidders.  Bids will be received by the Public Utility District No. 1 of Jefferson County (the District), located at 310 Four Corners Rd., Port Townsend, WA 98368, until 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 18, 2026, for the PT BIZ AERIAL FIBER CONSTRUCTION PROJECT. The general scope of the work to be accomplished is as shown in the enclosed drawings and/or the attached specifications.  Bids may only be mailed, or hand delivered to the address listed above.

This project is (funded/partially funded) through the Washington State Public Works Board program with state funds. PWB requirements and provisions must be met by general contractors and all subcontractors.
