Contractors are invited to submit a sealed bid for the PT Biz Splicing project. A preliminary project plan and schedule as well as a resume of the project manager and/or supervisor are required to be submitted with your bid along with various exhibit forms as described in the Notice and Instructions to Bidders.  Bids will be received by the Public Utility District No. 1 of Jefferson County (the District), located at 310 Four Corners Rd., Port Townsend, WA 98368, until 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 4, 2026, for the PT BIZ SPLICING PROJECT to furnish all tools, equipment and minor miscellaneous supplies for the splicing of aerial and buried mainline and distribution cables, drop cables, and NIDs in the project site within Jefferson County, Washington.. The general scope of the work to be accomplished is as shown in the enclosed drawings and/or the attached specifications.  Bids may only be mailed, or hand delivered to the address listed above.

This project is (funded/partially funded) through the Washington State Public Works Board program with state funds.  PWB requirements and provisions must be met by general contractors and all subcontractors.
