26BB0801-Olympic Fiber Corridor Buried Drops-On Call Dock Crew
Contractors are invited to submit a sealed bid for the Olympic Fiber Corridor Buried Drops-On Call Dock Crew project. A preliminary project plan and schedule as well as a resume of the project manager and/or supervisor are required to be submitted with your bid along with various exhibit forms as described in the Notice and Instructions to Bidders. Bids will be received by the Public Utility District No. 1 of Jefferson County (the District), located at 310 Four Corners Rd., Port Townsend, WA 98368, until 2 p.m., Wednesday, March 4, 2026, for the Olympic Fiber Corridor Buried Drops project. The general scope of the work to be accomplished is as shown in the enclosed drawings and/or the attached specifications. Bids may only be mailed, or hand delivered to the address listed above.
This project is partially funded by federal award number 53-08-12209 (BIP NTIA) awarded to Washington State Broadband Office by the U.S. Department of the Commerce; and/or by federal award number SLRFP0002 (ARPA SLFRF) or CPFFN0145 (ARPA Capital) awarded to Washington State Broad Band Office by the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting for this project. The Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, beginning at 9:00 a.m, virtually via Teams.
