Evidence Based Falls Prevention Programs

Pierce County’s Department of Human Services Aging and Disability Resources announced today the Request for Proposals (RFP) for Evidence Based Falls Prevention Programs.

Inquiries regarding the content of this RFP must be submitted to the County in writing, no later than 4:00 PM on March 1, 2019. No later than March 8, 2019, the County will provide a written response to each question received, and, as applicable, will issue any resulting amendments to this RFP.

To be eligible for consideration, applications must be received by Pierce County Human Services, 1305 Tacoma Ave South STE 104, Tacoma, Washington 98402 no later than 12:00 noon on Friday, March 18, 2019. Inquiries and completed applications can be directed to:
