Request for Qualifications No. RFQ09809: Architectural & Engineering Services for Capital Levy Roof Repair and Replacement Projects 2019

The Seattle School District No.1 (District) is requesting qualifications from Architectural & Engineering (A&E) firms interested in providing professional services for three (3) roof projects (one-roof repair and two-roof replacements) with a combined maximum anticipated construction cost (MACC) of $6,200,000 for the two (2) schools requiring full roof replacements. The estimated value for the anticipated roof repair at one school has not yet been determined.

The Request for Qualifications will be available starting on September 20, 2018 at Builders Exchange of Washington, Inc. RFQ documents associated addenda and Bidders List are available at no charge at the Builders Exchange, Inc. on-line Plan Center (www.bxwa.com). To access documents on-line with Builders Exchange, go to “bxwa.com” and click on “Posted Projects,” “Goods and Services,” and “Seattle Public Schools Goods and Services.” It is recommended that bidders “Register as a Bidder” in order to receive automatic email notification of future addenda, to download addenda, and to be placed on the “Bidders List.” Proposers who do not register will not be automatically notified of addenda and will need to periodically check the on-line plan room for addenda issued for this project.
