CITY OF ENTIAT
DRILLING AND PUMP TESTING
Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by the City Clerk at the City of Entiat City Hall, 14070 Kinzel Street, P.O. Box 288, Entiat, WA 98822, until 10 am on Tuesday, November 28, 2017, at which time, or as soon thereafter as possible, all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for construction of the BACKUP WELL DRILLING AND PUMP TESTING. Proposals received after the time fixed will not be considered.
Description: Drill, case, develop, and pump test a 12 inch diameter well to a depth of 150 – 175 feet. Pump testing will include step drawdown and constant rate pump testing per Washington Department of Health procedures. Sanitary seal and well screen will be included.

The Engineer’s estimate is $75,000 to $90,000.
The City of Entiat reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive irregularities or informalities in the Bid or in the Bidding, and consider the qualifications of the Bidder.
A certified or bank cashier’s check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, payable to the City of Entiat, or bid bond executed by a licensed bonding company is required with each bid.
Upon award of the contract the Bidder will be required to provide a performance bond within ten (10) calendar days.
No Bidder may withdraw a bid after the hour set for the opening thereof, or before award of Contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding ninety (90) days from the date of bid opening.
