INSTALLATION OF METER EQUIPMENT ON FUEL & OIL STORAGE TANKS

IFB 04-18

Ben Franklin Transit, (hereinafter referred to as BFT), a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, located at 1000 Columbia Park Trail, Richland, WA, is requesting bids for installation of meter equipment on fuel & oil storage tanks.  Owner will provide meter equipment for an automated fluid management system.  Contract will install meter equipment on storage tanks, including all electrical.    

A pre-bid meeting will be on 2/19/2018 at 1:30 PM (PST) held at 1038 Columbia Park Trail, Richland, WA 99352. Bids are due No Later Than 2:00 PM (PST) on 2/27/2018. Protest Procedure Policy

BFT’s protest procedure policy can be obtained by contacting Rob Orvis, Procurement Supervisor, by the above address or phone number.  Contractors who can demonstrate substantial economic interest may protest BFT’s decision regarding a provision of the Invitation for Bid or contract award.

The contractor agrees to abide by all laws, rules and regulations promulgated by the United States of America, the State of Washington, or any agencies or subdivisions thereof, specifically including WISHA and OSHA regulations currently in effect during contract term.

Contractors will be required to follow all Federal, State, and Local rules and regulations.    

BFT reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received.  This Invitation for Bid may be canceled and any and all Bids may be rejected in whole or in part when it is in the best interest of BFT.
