NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids for the construction of the Kibler Avenue Pavement Preservation Project will be received at the City of Enumclaw at 1309 Myrtle Avenue, Enumclaw, Washington 98022 until 11:00 a.m. on March 26th, 2018. The scope includes HMA planing or pulverizing and 2” overlay, curb & gutter, sidewalks, ADA curb ramp retrofits, storm drainage, earthwork and restoration along an approximate 0.5 mile local street, within the City of Enumclaw, WA.
The Contract Documents for the above project may be examined at the Owner’s office at 1309 Myrtle Avenue, Enumclaw, WA 98022 on working days, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Owner may be reached by phone at 360-615-5730 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Written questions regarding the project may be directed to Dwayne Walker at email@example.com. No response will be made to questions unless they are submitted in writing. Free-of-charge access to project bid documents (plans, specifications, addenda, and Bidders List) is provided to Prime Bidders, Subcontractors, and Vendors by going to www.bxwa.com and clicking on “Posted Projects”, “Public Works”, and “City of Enumclaw”. Bidders must “Register” in order to receive automatic e-mail notification of future addenda and to place themselves on the “Self- Registered Bidders List”.
