Name of Project – SR 525 Mukilteo Ferry Terminal (Phase 2)

DBE Goal – 6%

Description of Work:  This phase of the project provides for the improvement of the SR 525 Mukilteo Ferry Terminal and vicinity by construction of a new waterside terminal building, a level 2 ferry passenger walk-on access with a “Great Hall”, a single-story maintenance/utility building, and a toll booth plaza.

PCL is requesting quotes for scopes of work including, but not limited to: 

Heavy civil site work, Removal of Structures and Obstructions, and Disposal of Asbestos Material, Removing Soldier Pile Shaft Obstructions, Remove Overhead Power Lines, Remove Power Pole, Modular Wetlands, Dewatering, Furnishing Soldier Pile, Furnishing St. Piling, Bridge Deck – OHL  Transfer Span, Bridge Railing Type VTS, Prefabricated Drainage Mat, Structural Earth Wall, Structural Steel OHL Transfer Span, Structural Steel Wingwalls, Structural Steel Dolphins, Marine Fender Type 1A, Constructing 6’-8” Diameter Shaft, Cement Concrete Pavement, HMA CL ½ in PG 64-22, Bike Rack, Precast Check Dam Concrete Slabs, Paint Line, Temporary Construction Fencing, Marine Surveying, Bird Deterrent System, Security Fencing, Access Control Gate, Security System, Signage and Wayfinding, Weather Station, Terminal Building Roof Antenna, Toll Booth Canopy, Toll Booth, Aluminum Gangway, Aluminum Grating, waterway, concrete, landscaping, utilities, steelwork-structural, architectural, steel decking, rough carpentry, millwork, wall panels, structural glued laminated timber, roofing and accessories, sheet metal, curtain wall & glazing, doors, flooring/tiling/terrazzo, painting and coatings, miscellaneous specialties, elevators, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, communication systems. 

PCL encourages all subcontractor/suppliers, including minority and DBE companies to contact us for further information on additional scopes of work, contracts plans and specifications, assistance with pre-qualification, SDI program, scope packages, equipment and material needs – resource sharing, and other project related assistance.

PCL is available to discuss separating the work into economically feasible units to maximize the opportunity for participation by all subcontractor and suppliers and encourages your firm to follow up with PCL, to engage in reviews/discussion about the scopes of work.
