PIERCE TRANSIT is a municipal corporation with administrative offices located at 3701 96th Street SW, Lakewood, Washington 98499-4431. Bids are being solicited from bidders to provide Building 4 Elevator Modernization. The Project estimate is approximately $260,616.00.

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on September 10, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. in a conference room at Pierce Transit Headquarters located at: 3701 96^th Street SW, Lakewood, Washington 98499-4431. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend. Attendees are required to wear an ANSI II rated high visibility vest or shirt and closed toed shoes. The Pre-Bid Meeting will provide the opportunity to see the work site.

Prospective bidders are required to abide by Pierce Transit's general instructions to bidders. Sealed bids will be accepted by Purchasing at Pierce Transit Headquarters until September 27, 2018 at 2:00 p.m.

This is a Federally Funded Project. All Applicable Federal Rules and Regulations Apply.
