Project Description: Project Description Dental Hygiene And Veterinary Technology Center:
The project consists of a new two story building adjacent to the cascade building. The new building will house the veterinary technology (VT) program and dental hygiene (DH) program. Project includes parking lot and site improvements adjacent to and around the new building and aggregate pier ground improvements.
Project Description Cascade:
The project consists of the renovation of the first floor of the cascade building. The first floor will house the emergency medical services (EMS) program as well as general classrooms and labs. Project includes exterior improvements around the cascade building including utility extensions.
Alternate Bid:
Alternate bid work includes parking lot and accessibility improvements in parking lot F. Work also includes lighting improvements and new signage.
Estimated Value: $23,500,000 to $25,800,000
