Cedars East Pump Station Rehabilitation, Battle Ground WA

CALL FOR BIDS

Sealed bids will be received by City of Battle Ground until 10:00 AM on January 16, 2019, at City of Battle Ground, 109 SW 1st Street, Suite 122, Battle Ground, Washington 98604 for the following: Cedars East Pump Station Rehabilitation (RR-SS-2014-01).

Bids received after such time and date will not be considered. Bidders accept all risks of late delivery, regardless of fault. Bids properly received will be publicly opened and read at the City of Battle Ground City Hall.

The work under this Contract includes improvements to the Cedars East Pump Station, including the replacement of the existing station’s pumps, valves, controls, and generator. Improvements to the site will include new precast concrete structures and wet well, asphalt concrete surfacing, and revised grading for drainage. The location of this work is within the SE subarea of the City of Battle Ground, Washington, located at the east end of NE 183rd Street. Work shall be fully completed as listed in the specifications.

Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the Contract Documents. Bids shall constitute offers to City of Battle Ground which shall be binding for 90 days from the date of bid opening. City of Battle Ground reserves the right to reject any bid, any portion of any bid and/or to reject all bids.

Specifications and Bid Proposal will be available for purchase on December 26, 2018 for $35 from the City of Battle Ground Public Works – Engineering Division at 109 SW 1st Street, Suite 122; Battle Ground, WA 98604.

Informational copies of plans and specifications are on file with the Battle Ground Public Works – Engineering Division.
