INVITATION AND REQUEST FOR BIDS:
Hensel Phelps is preparing a bid as a Prime Contractor for the Concourse C New Power Center, located at Concourse C of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, 17801 International Boulevard, City of SeaTac, WA 98168.
Subcontractor, Supplier and Service Provider Bids are due no later than 12 PM Tuesday June 2nd, 2020. Submit bids via email to PNWBids@henselphelps.com.
Electronic Bid Documents are available from Hensel Phelps via Building Connected by sending a request to access the bid documents along with the scope(s) of work you are interested in to PNWBids@henselphelps.com.
The Work includes converting existing locker rooms and a restroom into new mechanical and electrical space. Time limit for substantial completion of the overall project work is 730 calendar days.
