Project Description: Construction of a single-story approximately 9,666 sq. ft. facility with a wood and steel framed structure founded on concrete spread footings, with concrete slab on grade, with masonry veneer and fiber cement siding exterior, aluminum storefront windows, aluminum windows, single-ply roofing system, plumbing, HVAC, fire sprinkler system, electrical system, fire alarm system, phone/data system, security system and all associated site work.
