The Area Agency on Aging & Disabilities of Southwest Washington sub-contracts with local providers to deliver a range of services to older adults, family caregivers, and adults with disabilities in Clark, Cowlitz, Klickitat, Skamania, and Wahkiakum counties. We can guide you on applications and contracting. Unsure if your business aligns? Please contact us at helpingelders.org/contracts!

We are accepting applications for the following programs:

Medicaid Services: Please see the entire list of services, applications, and sample contracts on HCLA’s Information for Potential Medicaid Contractors page.

WA Cares: a state benefit designed to help Washington workers age independently in their own homes and communities. This long-term care insurance program will rely          on qualified providers to offer long-term care services and supports to eligible beneficiaries starting in July 2026.

Health Related Social Needs- HRSN Medically Tailored Meals: AAADSW will contract with one or more qualified entities to provide Medically Tailored Meals (MTMs)         in one or more counties in our five county region.  MTMs are specialized meals to support individuals with health-related condition(s) for which nutrition supports would         improve health outcomes.

Non-Medicaid Service Providers: Many of our non-Medicaid funded services open for competitive bid processes every four years, or sooner when needed. AAADSW is          seeking to contract with a licensed Registered Dietician Nutritionist in particular.
