Basis for Rejecting Bids: Core Fiber reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive minor irregularities, and re-solicit if deemed in Core Fiber's best interest.

Licensing: All bidders must be licensed to conduct business in the State of Washington.

Prevailing Wage: This project is subject to Washington State prevailing wage requirements (RCW 39.12); the higher of the applicable state or federal (Davis-Bacon) wage rate applies where federal requirements also apply.
