NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed statements of qualifications will be received by Whatcom County Purchasing at their office in the Whatcom County Administrative Services Finance Department located on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue Suite 503, Bellingham WA 98225 for the following:

Criminal Conflict Attorney Services for:

Adult and Juvenile B&C Felonies, District Court and Juvenile Misdemeanors

UNTIL: 2:30 PM Tuesday, January 28, 2020

At which time and place responses will be publicly opened, and the names of submitters identified. All interested people are invited to be present. Late submittals will not be considered.

Whatcom County is soliciting qualifications and proposals from qualified attorneys or firms who are interested in performing criminal conflict services for indigent adults and juveniles charged with B&C felonies, District Court misdemeanors and juveniles charged with misdemeanors where representation from the Public Defender’s Office would constitute a conflict of interest.
