The Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission ("WSCJTC” and/or the “Commission”) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) pursuant to RCW 39.26 for the purpose of soliciting qualifications from skilled individuals interested in providing Criminal Law Instruction for the Basic Training Division of the Criminal Justice Training Commission.

The primary work objective is to provide part-time, temporary services for the Basic Training Division of the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission as required by the specific course curricula.  Services will include, but may not be limited to, providing criminal law instruction for Basic Law Enforcement and Basic Law Enforcement Equivalency Academies, assisting with the continual research and development/update of criminal law curricula, and consults with agency staff regarding criminal law inquiries.
