Project Description:

The renovation of a 3,671 square foot laundry building into the Maintenance Operations Division (MOD) shop and offices building; involves replacing the roof and internal roof drains on the Administration Building, East Building, North Building, South Building and West Building; involves the replacement of rooftop mechanical units; at the North Building it involves the first floor corridor to East Building storefront window replacement; at the West Building it involves the second floor medication room expansion, laundry room relocation, group therapy room storefront window replacement and third floor medication room expansion; at the South Building it involves the modernization of the staff elevator and a renovation to create an elevator machine room; at the Fourth Floor it involves the replacement of the storefront windows in the Group Room; it involves a generator replacement; it involves the expansion of one outdoor patient area and the addition of one outdoor patient area.

 

Scope of work (from the plans)

• renovation of laundry building into maintenance operations division (mod) shop and offices.

• replace rooftop mechanical units

• north bldg. - 1st floor corridor to east bldg. Storefront window replacement.

• west bldg. - 2nd floor meds. Rm. Expansion, laundry rm. Relocation & group therapy room storefront window replacement.

• west bldg. - 3rd floor meds. Rm. Expansion

• 4th floor group rm. Storefront windows replacement

• south bldg. - modernization of staff elevator & renovation to create elevator machine room.
