2026 Pavement Overlay

 

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work in this contract includes full width roadway grinding, pulverization, base repairs, 2”,3”, and 4” overlays, compaction improvements and utility adjustments for approximately 3700’ of roadway between NE Big Rock Road and NE 142nd Pl in Parkwood Estates in the City of Duvall.

 

The work must be completed within 60 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed and/or the overlay shall be substantially completed by August 28, 2026, whichever is sooner.

RECEIPT OF BIDS: Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Duvall until 10:00 a.m. (as determined by the clock in the Clerk’s office) on Tuesday, February 24, 2026. Bids may be delivered to City Hall, 15535 Main Street NE, Duvall, Washington 98019 or mailed to the mailing address of P.O. Box 1300, Duvall, Washington 98019. Bids mailed to the address set forth for delivery of Bids will not be delivered by the postal service. Any Bids received after the specified time and date will not be considered.

OBTAINING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: The Contract Documents are available through the City of Duvall’s online plan room at http://bxwa.com. Contact Builders Exchange of Washington at (425) 258‑1303 should assistance be required.

BIDS TO REMAIN OPEN: The Bidder shall guarantee the total Bid price for a period of 60 calendar days from the date of Bid opening.

PROJECT ADMINISTRATION: All communications relating to the Project shall be directed to the following PROJECT REPRESENTATIVE prior to the opening of the Bids:
