East Oroville Harvest Shelter Sewer

Sealed bids will be received by the Oroville Housing Authority, located at 301 Golden Street, Oroville, WA 98844, until 3:00 P.M., November 18, 2020, for the general contract for construction of a new sewer system at East Oroville Harvest Shelter in Oroville, WA. The project generally consists of abandonment of the existing septic system and installation of a new sewer system, including a lift station, underground sewer piping and connection to the City of Oroville’s existing sewer system.

Bidding documents for the project are prepared by ZBA Architecture, PS and Coffman Engineers, Inc. of Spokane, WA.

Bid security:  A certified or bank cashier’s check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, payable to the Oroville Housing Authority, or bid bond executed by a licensed bonding company is required with each bid.

Rejection of Bids:  The Housing Authority shall have the right to reject any or all bids not accompanied by bid security or data required by the bidding document; submitted by an unqualified bidder; or a bid in any way incomplete or irregular.

Wage Rates:  All work performed on the project will be subject to the higher of prevailing Washington State Residential or federal Davis-Bacon Residential wage rates.

This project is funded by a federal grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Washington State Community Development Block Grant program. The project jurisdiction is Okanogan County, WA.
