REQUEST FOR INFORMATION – FIFA WORLD CUP CHARTER BUS SERVICE SUPPORT

Whatcom Transportation Authority is seeking information from qualified charter bus companies interested in providing cross-border transportation services in support of the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Services may include charter bus transportation between Lynnwood, WA and Richmond, BC during June–July 2026. This is a Request for Information (RFI) only and is not a solicitation for proposals.
