The project seeks an espresso vendor at Millersylvania State Park. The contract period will 
be for up to five years. The location of vendor will be in the electrified camp loop (former camp 
site 228, see solicitation). The contract period will be for up to five years with the 
possibility of one additional 5-year term. This concession must provide a variety of espresso 
and other beverage items and may offer other small snacks or bakery items. Vendors are
responsible for providing their own signage such as sandwich boards.

The site is approximately 50 feet long and can accommodate a trailer or mobile truck and 1-2 
vehicles. The site has an electrical 30-amp hookup and water. There is no sewer at the site, 
but a dump station is nearby. Depending on size of trail/vehicles, vendor may choose to bring 
additional seating or patio style furniture.
Vendor will be responsible for their share of utilities which include electricity, water and 
garbage/recycle. Vendor must provide their own internet/WIFI.
