Pacific Civil & Infrastructure, Inc. is seeking proposals from qualified and certified UDBE Contracting, Supplier and Equipment firms for various scopes of work including: Place & Finish Concrete and Concrete Demolition.

The Project’s Scope of Work may be found within the Contract Documents.

Contractors may obtain plans and specifications from Bill's Blueprint, Inc., 2920 Rockefeller, Everett,

WA 98201, telephone (425) 259-0859, fax (425) 258-6877, http://billsblue.com, upon the deposit of

$100.00 (for hard copies). Please make checks payable to Reid Middleton, Inc. Plans must be returned in good condition within seven (7) days following bid date to obtain a refund of deposit. After seven days no refunds will be made. Contact Bill’s Blueprint, Inc. to request the documents electronically.
