PIERCE TRANSIT is a municipal corporation with administrative offices located at 3701 96th Street SW, Lakewood, Washington 98499-4431. Proposals are being solicited for GC/CM Advisory Services. Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on August 2, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in a conference room at Pierce Transit, 3701 96th Street SW, Lakewood, Washington 98499-4431. ll prospective respondents are encouraged to attend. The Pre-Submittal Meeting will provide the opportunity to discuss the requirements and intent of the Contract.
