Grays Harbor Transportation Authority (GHTA) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified Architectural and Engineering (A&E) firms to provide professional planning and engineering services to prepare a Capital Infrastructure and Zero-Emission Vehicle (ZEV) Master Plan.

The primary purpose of this plan is to evaluate existing transit infrastructure including bus stops, shelters, signage, and transit centers and to develop a long-term improvement and replacement program that aligns with GHTA’s operational goals and Washington State’s zero-emission transition objectives.
