New build project consists of a 4-story structure to house the Gonzaga University Human Physiology and University of Washington School of Medicine; totaling a little over 105,000 GSF of a mix of classrooms, lab and research/simulation space plus ground floor lobby, administrative, support space, and parking garage for up to 44 vehicles in single level garage on the main floor.

Estimated Value: $40 million

Contract Duration: 8/2020 – 7/2022
