HUNTINGTON FACILITY FENCE IMPROVEMENT

IFB 21-01

 

Ben Franklin Transit (BFT), a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, is requesting bids from qualified Contractors interested in establishing services for Huntington Facility Fence Improvement located at 75 N. Huntington St. Kennewick, WA 99336. This procurement will be an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the purpose of services in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions set forth in this IFB 21-01. The Contractors bid will include labor costs, equipment and materials to complete the work in accordance with Local, State, and Federal specifications and regulations. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled on January 25, 2021 at 3:00 PM PST. Bids are due February 04, 2021 no later than 2:00 PM PST.

WISHA and OSHA Regulations

The contractor agrees to abide by all laws, rules and regulations promulgated by the United States of America, the State of Washington, or any agencies or subdivisions thereof, specifically including WISHA and OSHA regulations currently in effect at time RFQ due date and during the agreement term.

 

Protest Procedure Policy

BFT’s protest procedure policy can be obtained by contacting BFT’s Procurement Supervisor at the above address or phone number.  Contractors who can demonstrate substantial economic interest may protest BFT’s decision regarding a provision of the RFQ or Award.   

 

BFT reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, to waive informalities and minor irregularities in quotes received with any contractor, and to accept quotes which are considered to be in the best interest of BFT.  Contractors will be required to follow all Federal, State, and Local rules and regulations.
