Ecology is seeking an electrical maintenance contractor to provide preventative and corrective maintenance, upgrades and new works to electrical equipment, infrastructure and related subsystems for Ecology’s Headquarters facility located at 300 Desmond Drive SE, Lacey, WA 98503. The building is a three story, 322,000 square foot office building with a service wing, basement, data center and an adjacent parking garage.

Contractor will provide all labor, material, and expertise to perform the required preventative maintenance (see Section 4.8, Minimum Specifications) necessary for the performance on this contract. In addition, the contractor is to provide on-call repair services and emergency response for electrical system failures or required upgrades and new works as directed by the Ecology Facility Manager or designee.
