MDM Construction, Inc. is seeking proposals from qualified and certified MBE, WBE and DBE Contracting and Supplier firms in one or more of the following areas: Traffic Control, Erosion Control, Concrete Barriers, and Trucking. In order to assist DBE firms, we are accepting proposals in all other scopes of work as well.
